Getting Started
RAPBot Agent — connect to Orchestrator and run automation tasks on your machine
RAPBot Agent is the runtime worker on your machine. It connects to Bot Management Console, receives assigned tasks, runs them on schedule or on demand, and reports results back.
Tasks are built in Bot Studio and assigned to agents in Orchestrator.

How the Products Work Together

Key Behaviors
- Automatic sync — Tasks, schedules, and configuration from Orchestrator appear on the agent within 30 seconds
- Refresh — Click Refresh on the Tasks screen to pull updates immediately
- Warnings — Internet or engine issues show in the agent UI and as Deployed (Not Connected) in Orchestrator
- Background — Closing the window does not stop the agent; exit from the system tray to fully quit
Typical Workflow
- Create an agent in Orchestrator and copy connection details
- Connect RAPBot Agent on the target machine
- Add tasks to the agent in Orchestrator
- Schedule or run tasks manually
- Monitor runs in Task Execution Logs
