Organizations
Manage organizations and their resources in Bot Management Console
Organizations are the primary containers in Bot Management Console. Each organization contains its own agents, tasks, queues, and users, providing isolation and organization of automation resources.
Organization Overview
When you access an organization, you'll see:
- Organization Details: Name and identifier (organization names must be unique)
- Agent Usage: Current usage of single and multi-task agents
- Resource Sections: Agents, Queues, API Keys, Email Connections, and Administrators
Agent Limits
Agent limits are determined by the license purchased for your organization:
- Single Agent Limit: Maximum number of single-task agents based on your license
- Multi Agent Limit: Maximum number of multi-task agents based on your license
The dashboard displays your current usage as a percentage of these limits.
Organization Administrators
Organization administrators have full control over the organization's resources. They can:
- Manage agents and tasks
- Configure queues and API keys
- Add or remove users
- Set up email connections
Switching Organizations
Use the Organizations view to switch between different organizations. Each organization maintains its own separate resources and configurations.
